“Changing the world one cover letter at a time!”

Originally a sixth grade geography educator, I began to ask myself “what more ways can I support people in various stages of their life?” Taking this ambition forward, I pivoted towards careers in Higher Education, Management and Advising, Education Technology, Project Management, and Consulting. In each of these fields, there has been one thing in common: the desire to help people advance in their own careers.

I am a FIRM believer that one has to “walk the walk” before they “talk the talk.”

The dynamic industry experience has helped to enable true experiences where I can advise clients on top-industry standards to create the best materials possible for them.

• As an award-winning presenter, I've conducted numerous professional workshops for diverse audiences. In 2020, I was honored with the Great Lakes All Star Session Award at the Greater Lakes Association of Colleges and University Housing Officers (GLACUHO) Annual Conference.

• My educational journey includes earning a Bachelors of Education in Secondary Social Studies from Central Michigan University in 2013, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Management from Loyola University Chicago in August 2021.

• I've obtained several certifications including Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW), Certified Digital Career Strategist (CDCS), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). I am an award-winning career coach with recognition as a 2025 Rising Star from The Modern Coach and their Momentum Awards where I was also a finalist for their Top Career Coach award in the same year!

• In previous roles, I successfully managed over 100 part-time employees, 20 full-time hourly employees, and six full-time managers, achieving an impressive 90% retention rate in just six months.

• I pride myself on quality and service! As of June 2024, I have been recognized as a TOP RATED freelancer on Fiverr International Ltd., which puts me in the top 1% of freelancing services on Fiverr.com!
